Gagan has over 2 decades of experience as an Entrepreneur and in senior Management positions in Healthcare across leading Hospitals, Insurance companies, Pharma, and Digital Health. In his career, he has worked across the US, Europe and India and he thrives in growth focused businesses at the intersection of Healthcare and Technology. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay, a Masters in Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from INSEAD. In addition to being the CEO of Ingenium Health, an AI-led global Nursing platform, he has business interests in Home Healthcare, Hospitals and HealthTech companies, as an Operator, Angel investor and Board of Director roles.
Deepthi Nemani
A seasoned executive and visionary leader, Deepthi brings nearly 20 years of experience driving business growth and innovation. She has held senior roles reporting to the Board and CEO, working alongside top leadership teams and driving strategic growth initiatives. Her expertise spans BFSI and Healthcare, with a passion for transforming Healthcare. As an angel investor and advisory board member, Deepthi invests in promising startups and lends her expertise to drive business success, driven by her conviction that small changes can have a profound impact. She holds a degree in Instrumentation Engineering from SVU, Tirupati, and an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK. Outside of work, Deepthi tries to be a fun and supportive mother to her teenage daughter. She also enjoys solo travel, exploring new destinations, and singing along with her daughter.
Sonika Aggarwal
A seasoned program management and operations professional, Sonika brings over a decade of experience driving success across diverse verticals and multinational corporations in the IT sector. With a unique blend of technical and operational expertise, Sonika specializes in healthcare IT implementation and hospital scaling. Her impressive track record is built on a strong foundation in engineering, holding a degree from Pune University. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sonika is a vibrant and eclectic individual. In her free time, she nurtures her green thumb, tending to her garden with love and care. A foodie at heart, Sonika enjoys exploring new restaurants, with a particular fondness for Mexican cuisine. She is also an avid cook, constantly experimenting with innovative recipes and flavors, and delighting those around her with her culinary creations.
